Paying Rent

Rent is due on the 1st of the month, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

Tenants who move in other than than the first of the month will pay a pro-rated rent based on the number of days out of the month they occupy the unit.  If tenant moves in after the 1st of the month, the tenant will not be liable for such days between the 1st and the start of the rental agreement, and be entitled to a discount equal to the daily rate.  If a tenant moves in before the 16th of the month, they shall be responsible for the remaining days of the current month.  If they move in on the 16th or after, they shall be responsible for the remaining days of the month plus the entire next month’s rent.

The first month’s rent must be paid in cash or cashier’s check / money order, and is due when a new tenant is given keys.

Subsequent months’ rents may be paid via cashier’s check, money order, personal check, or online.
